Optional: sour cream to drizzle
Instructions
Toss shrimp in BBQ sauce
Cook rice according to package instructions
Put rice in the bottom of a dinner bowl
Layer on shrimp, mango pico, and black beans
Top with cilantro, lime wedge, and drizzle with sour cream.
