Summer Salad

A bright and flavorful salad for the hot nights of summer.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Mixed Greens of Choice
  • 2 oz Shredded Chicken White or Dark Meat
  • 2 tbsp Golden Raisins
  • 2 tbsp Pistaschios
  • 2 tbsp Red Onion Thinly Sliced
  • 4-5 pieces Granny Smith Apples Thinly Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Broccolini
  • 2 tbsp Crumbled Goat Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Mini Peppers Yellow Variety
  • 1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes Yellow Variety
  • 4 tbsp Salad Dressing of Choice

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and chop salad greens of choice (spring mix, spinach, kale, ect)
  • Add chicken and vegetable toppings in any order
  • Top with Granny Smith Apple pieces
  • Sprinkle Goat Cheese Crumbles on last
  • Drizzle on salad dressing of choice. Enjoy!
